WynCoat® SD-3009 is silicone-containing defoamer for aqueous high gloss emulsion systems, printing inks, overprint varnishes and dispersion adhesives. Compatible defoamer. All-purpose and easy to incorporate.

The additive must be mixed with a certain shear force.

• It can be added directly or using before pre-mix with material after disperse well.
• During the paint process, we recommend add 50% of total dosage before mill and add another part after mill.
• General speaking, the dosage of the formula in 0.2-0.5% can be effectivity prevent the foam appear.
