処理

When applying Siemtcoat® SF370 into the Siemtcoat system, please strictly adhere to the following mixing procedure:

1. 2. Siemtcoat® ADD5176---XX 部などの固定添加剤を重量付けします。
2. 3.  Add the weighed anchorage additiver and thoroughly mix to ensure complete dispersion. 
3. 4. 架橋剤 Siemtcoat® 8158---XX 部の重量を測定します。
4. 5. 秤量した架橋剤を加え、完全に分散するまで完全に混合します。
5. 6. 触媒 Siemtcoat® 5000---XX 部を秤量し、混合中に加えます。

    (Attention: Do not mix the crosslinker and catalyst directly, as a dramatic reaction will occur.)

5. 7. 触媒が混合物全体に均一に分布するまで混合を続けます。

バスライフ

すべての Siemtcoat システムの浴寿命は、配合、装置、混合プロセス、温度、環境によって異なります。 Siemtcoat® SF370 のみは元の浴寿命を変更せず、通常 40℃ で約 5 時間持続します。

リリース力

リリース力のパフォーマンスは複数の要因に依存します。

We measure release force using different substrates and adhesives to define its characteristics. While  the  standard  release  force  measure  could  use standard tape to measure.

一般的なリリース力性能:

テサテープ7475（23℃）：5～15g/25mm（剥離速度0.3m/min）

硬化

Siemtcoat システムの硬化結果は主に配合、基材の品質、硬化温度、オーブンの効率によって決まります。以下の結果が得られました。

（硬化時間は、剥離コーティング層の汚れ、擦れ、または移行がない最小の硬化時間として定義される。）

Siemtcoat® SF370  should  be  stored  in  a  closed  container  at  -20°C  to  +30°C temperature.

シームトコートの標準使用期限は２４ヶ月である。
